Atlantis Service Apartment, Melaka

Entire Space Interior Design which includes:

  • Kitchen

The apartment was designed to be simple and  elegant. Instead of build-in fixtures, loose furnishings are meticulously selected to cater to our client’s requirement for versatility. A blue colour scheme was chosen to give the space a soothing ocean feel which harmoniously blend with the exterior of the building. 

Parkland Residence, Melaka

This high rise condo was designed with grandness in mind – strong colour schemes that goes with full-height mirrors lined with gold strips. The right choice of lighting and furniture further brings out the boldness of the design. 

Imperio Condo, Melaka

Entire Space Interior Design which includes:

This studio unit was designed with a grand hotel suite concept. The ceiling and floor mirrors each other to give a pleasant complimentary design. Speaking about mirroring, we have also introduced large panels of mirrors to make the space look more spacious. The dining table is specially placed by the window and a bench is also designed by the window to give that sky dining feel.  

River Bank Condo, Singapore

The design begins with build-in cabinets from the foyer which creates a seamless leading effect through to the living and dining area. Colour tones and design styles are chosen to give that harmonious Japanese Zen feel. A Tatami platform was designed for the bedroom to extend the Zen concept and also maximize storage space. 

River Sound Condo, Singapore

A luxurious condo with a preferred grand design concept. We were able to achieve an elegant grandeur with the right combination of marble tops, stainless steel, mirrors and overhead lighting which begins from the altar all the way to the living. 

Punggol HDB, Singapore

When you walk into this unit, it is impossible to tell that this is actually an HDB. Our client has a special devotion for European design. Hence, we fill the space with beautiful European style elements such as white marble and Eastern Europe styled kitchen wall tiles. The walk-in wardrobe was also a highlight of our design package. 

Residence at Jasin, Melaka

This private residence in Jasin, Melaka comes with a high ceiling. White colour themed was chosen along with specially designed build-in cabinets to further enhance the perceived spaciousness. The European-style bedroom was also designed with a hidden door which opens up into a walk-in wardrobe. 

Taman Desa Bertam Residence, Melaka

This interior design project at Taman Desa Bertam was worked around with a budget constraint – which means less built-in cabinets and interior design features. By extending the feature wall section from the living all the way to the dining, coupled with some bold colour scheme and excellent lighting, the entire space looks posh and spacious – much to our client’s delight. Other feature walls were also designed with minimalist shelving with complimentary lines. 

8 Residence, Melaka

This project at 8 Residence Melaka was designed with a white European theme. The highlight of the design is the integrated dry kitchen island cum bar counter. The integrated design not only met our client’s requirement for an kitchen island and a bar counter but also managed to do it without compromising on the available space. The recreational room on the ground floor was also equipped with state of the art home theater system and sound insulation design for our client to carry out home karaoke/cinema session.   

Taman Satu Krubong, Melaka

This residence at Taman Satu Krubong features a continuous living + dining + kitchen design with light colour tones. The TV feature wall was layered with a huge glass panel which creates subtle reflections, making the entire space more elegant and classy. The bedhead of the master bedroom was designed with a full height cushion like a 5-star hotel and also features an open walk-in wardrobe.  

Taman Paya Rumput Utama 3, Melaka

We are involved in the entire house interior design for this private residence at Taman Paya Rumput Utama 3. The design begins with the front entrance altar. The altar was designed with display cabinets on the side to give it a modern feel. As the residence does not have a store room, we maximize the storage by having a large array of kitchen cabinets. These cabinets are integrated with several display shelves to make it look lively and modern. We also made full use of the high ceiling of the children’s bedroom by introducing a mezzanine floor. The space below the mezzanine floor staircase was utilized as storage compartments.   

Green Wood Residence, Singapore

This 3-storey cluster house features a grand design in the living and Japanese-style design in the bedrooms. Black ceiling and lighting cappings were designed to enhance the grandeur. The Japanese-style bedrooms were designed with tatami that blends nicely with the wooden design of the built-in shelves and cabinets. 

Home Guesthouse & Cafe, Melaka

Entire Space Interior Design and Front Entrance

This backpackers’ guesthouse in Melaka features private and dormitory rooms on the upper levels and a cafe on ground level. A modern industrial design concept was chosen to go along with vibrant colour scheme which gives this guesthouse cum cafe a uplifting carefree vibe.

Homestay at Kota Laksamana, Melaka

Entire Space Interior & Exterior Design and Landscaping

This homestay at Kota Laksamana is refurbished from an old landed property. As preferred by our client, we have come up with an industrial style design concept that goes with black and grey. For this project, we also worked on the exterior of the building, giving it a facelift to make it more attractive and inviting from the outside.

Coco Vegetarian Restaurant, Singapore

Entire Space Interior Design 

This Nyonya Restaurant in Singapore was designed with beautiful oriental style from the walls to the furniture and fixtures. The feature wall was designed to be fabric, decorated with Nyonya culture paraphernalia. The inverted rattan buckets on the ceiling not only conceal the downhanged pipes but also amplifies the oriental atmosphere of the restaurant. 

Nyonya Atlantic Restaurant, Melaka

Entire Space Interior Design and Front Entrance

When we were approached by the owner of Nyonya Atlantic Restaurant, the main concern that all of us recognized was the poor lighting condition. We began by introducing Nyonya costume displays and colourful lanterns at the front entrance of the restaurant to capture passersby’s attention. On the interior, light-coloured wall paper and lightings were used to brighten the space. We also gave the existing furniture a face lift by painting them in a more uniform, vibrant colour as well as decorated the tables with Nyonya style table cloth. 

Tanjung Minyak Factory Office, Melaka

This factory-office is designed with an industrial themed open office concept. Apart from the accounts department and pantry  which are enclosed with glass panels, the common workspace are fit in with cubicles and built-in cabinets so that the entire space looks neat and spacious. The director offices on the upper floor were also fitted with glass wall panels to give that “open office” environment. We have also designed a cozy area for directors to have a mid-day rest and light entertainment. 

Hardware Shop at Alor Gajah, Melaka

  • Pantry

This existing hardware shop in Alor Gajah has a shop front and a very simple office at the back of the premise. We were approached by the shop owner to refurbish the office and give the shop front a face lift. Glass wall panels were erected to segregate the office space from the shop front. A proper pantry was also designed at the back of the office. As far as design theme is concern, we wanted to create a contrast in style for the shop and office. For the shop, it was given an industrial design theme whereas for the office, it was given a contemporary design theme. Built-in cabinets were installed in the office so that our client is able to store their essentials neatly.
